Accessibility Statement

HolidayHive wants customers to browse destinations, request stays or trips, manage account information and read legal pages with clear structure, readable text and keyboard-accessible controls.

The website uses semantic page structure, visible skip links, labelled forms, responsive layouts, readable contrast-oriented colours, server-side validation feedback, focusable links and buttons, and multilingual content for key customer journeys.

Some older content, supplier images, uploaded customer or admin documents, third-party supplier information and generated PDFs may not yet meet the same accessibility quality as the main website templates. Some page copy outside the main legal framework may still need deeper localisation and accessibility review.

Invoices, receipts, images and supplier-provided content may be delivered in formats with different accessibility levels. If you need an alternative format, contact HolidayHive and we will try to provide practical support.

If you cannot access a page, form, booking detail, invoice or document, contact HolidayHive with the page URL, the problem, your browser/device and the format you need. We will review the issue and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

This statement is reviewed when significant website changes are made and as feedback is received. HolidayHive has not published a formal WCAG certification and does not claim that every page is barrier-free.
