How do I request a booking?

Choose a stay or trip, send your dates and traveller details, then create or sign in to your HolidayHive account so the request can be managed securely.

When is my booking confirmed?

A request is not confirmed immediately. HolidayHive reviews availability and booking details first. Confirmation is shown only after the applicable acceptance and payment process is complete.

Where do I find invoices and documents?

Invoices, payment instructions, uploaded payment confirmations and travel documents are handled through My HolidayHive.
