Request submitted
Your request is received and reviewed before it becomes an accepted booking.
Invoice and payment details
When payment is required, the applicable invoice and payment instructions are made available securely through My HolidayHive.
Payment confirmation
If requested, you can upload bank transfer confirmation from your account. HolidayHive verifies payment status before marking it confirmed.
